Situation:
KB Home has been considered one of the best homebuilders
in the country for nearly half of a century. There homeowners
enjoy high quality construction, unique architecture and
quality. KB Home is the builder
of choice for many satisfied homeowners. This campaign
was to target new home buyers in Victorville California
and bring brand recognition to the new market territory.
Idea
and Execution: KB Home was looking to build brand
recognition in the new market. Our idea was to develop
a campaign that got noticed and could be remembered after
only a few impressions. The idea called for a few words
to be prominently read and immediately conceived. With
the advertising planned and media purchased we establish
a targeted route around the new home community. GPS tracking
was used for
quality control.
