All vinyl, acrylic and artwork production costs are separate from campaign costs, artwork production can be create for you at $65.00 an hour. Average artwork creation takes 4 hours.

Vinyl production cost for (2) 10’ x 22’ , 13 ounce vinyl is $1,200.00, this vinyl has an estimated life span of 2-3 years with heavy usage. The pricing for (2) acrylic signs as a pair are $650.00 ( sign sizes are, rear-36”X 66” and the front is 36”x 48”).

(rhino Vinyl) for (2) 8 X 53 foot, (28 ounce) vinyl sign production costs is $1,800.00. Rhino Vinyl has a life usage rating of 3 years and it is graffiti proof.

- Pavement Pounders (Street Team)
Production costs for signs that slide into clear area panels vary based upon quality and colors, average ad jacket, front and back will cost $30.00 for print only. If you want us to create your artwork we will, at a rate of $65.00 per hour for artwork creation.

Vector Artwork:
Send your Illustrator, Freehand, Quark, files as EPS's.
No overprints. Send all supporting Graphics, Printer and screen fonts. Make sure linked files do not have any compression.
Convert all fonts to outlines.

Send artwork to scale (proportion to size).
Photoshop EPS's, PSD, TIFF, format:
Flatten images, no extra channels or paths. Set image to scale, make sure there is enough resolution to increase the file size without pixilation of the image.
Please do not compress files.

Color:
Make sure your colors are set at CMYK mode. Swap 20% correction. No RGB files, color may shift.
Any blacks used, redefine to 50c, 50m, 0y, 100k. This enriches the black for the highest quality.
When using pantone, use the solid to 4 / color process book.

Proofs:
Please provide a color final output proof. This will eliminate setup problems and save time on production.
Make sure any special instructions or concerns are mentioned.

E-Mail:
Please keep e-mailed files under 5mb. Anything larger should be sent on a disc. Files larger than 2MB can and should be stuffed using Stuff-It or Zip-It.

Scanning:
Please make sure files are scanned to full size at 70 DPI.
Make sure your color mode is CMYK, RGB will not print correctly.

Do not use compression and make sure there is no extra channels or paths.
